In my garden Art Studio/ Art Psychotherapy room, I host occasional peer supervision groups.
These are open to Art Psychotherapists, Integrative Arts Psychotherapists, and to other depth psychotherapists who have experience of using the arts to facilitate deeper connections with felt experience.
The group is small: just four participants. This is to facilitate an atmosphere of intimacy and authentic sharing.
Please note that I am not a trained clinical supervisor, and will be taking part on an equal basis with other participants.
The venue is Wivenhoe, north Essex.
By road: Wivenhoe is accessible by car from London and other places in South-East England and East Anglia. There is plenty of on-street parking available.
By rail: There are also very good rail links from London (London Liverpool Street and Stratford) – the journey to Wivenhoe station takes just over an hour. My studio is around 8 minutes’ walk from the station.
At the moment, attendance in the group is free, but I ask that you make a contribution to cover art materials, refreshments, heating, insurance etc. (Suggested contribution around £10 – £15).
I regret that there is no disabled access at this venue.
Important: I ask that you only book if you are sure you will attend. This is because there are so few places available and it would be unfair to others if you were to book a place and then not show up.
