My work is about helping thoughtful, creative, sensitive, soul-centred people figure out how to feel less anxious, more grounded, and more creatively themselves. If we were to work together, my hope would be that over time you may begin to feel more whole, be more fully yourself in relationships, and able to feel your emotions without getting too overwhelmed or controlled by them.<\/p>\n

I want to help you discover how to be your own best friend – in a deep-down kind of way that really helps.<\/p>\n

Like you, I don’t have it all figured out either. Life still throws me curveballs sometimes, because that’s how life is. I will always be a ‘work-in-progress’. And yes, I do have my own therapist! That’s because I practise what I preach, and one of my big ‘preaches’ is that good therapy can be amazing, and life-changing, and wonderful, and challenging. I believe that ideally, therapy should be for all of us, no matter how ‘sorted’ (or messy) we may feel ourselves to be.<\/p>\n

I’m based near Colchester, Essex. I work online<\/a> with clients in the UK and overseas.<\/p>\n

I have expertise in working with people who identify as Highly Sensitive (HSP) as defined by Elaine Aron’s work (click here to find an online test to see if you may be an HSP)<\/a>.\u00a0I also specialise in treating the effects of CEN (Childhood Emotional Neglect).<\/p>\n

I’m proud to say that over the years I’ve spent a lot of time in the ‘client chair’ in therapy myself, working long-term in depth with a couple of amazing therapists — and quite honestly I think that this is equally as important as any trainings I’ve had and books I’ve read. I’ve even written a couple of blog posts about my own experience in therapy; you’ll find links below.<\/p>\n
