Work With Me

Emma Cameron therapist

Integrative Arts Psychotherapy and AEDP

Working in depth and over time, usually once a week, online from your home. In Integrative Arts Psychotherapy and AEDP, the relationship between therapist and client is used to enable you to connect with your emotions and your deepest creative self. You may begin to heal from painful experiences, make sense of your life, and feel whole again. I work online via Zoom. I also offer therapy via Audio, Live Chat and Email.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (‘Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing’) is a technique for working with difficult/ traumatic memories so that they stop having such a hold on you. EMDR activates your brain pathways to move in ways that help you heal. If you have been involved in a road traffic accident, or if you’ve been assaulted, or suffered any other event that has stayed with you in the form of intrusive thoughts or flashbacks, EMDR could be a good treatment for you.

I am not currently offering EMDR, because I don’t have training in delivering EMDR online. However, online EMDR therapists are available – you can find them via online directories such as Welldoing.org

Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for psychotherapists, Art Therapists, and online therapists.
